Roman Roman has done some recollecting and gathered tracks from the very beginning of his solo music career. It started in 1990s, when people were horrified by the Y2K problem.

At that period Roman felt overwhelming technological euphoria. The artistic universe seemed to be expanding faster than ever. The ability to create complete music compositions single-handedly was incredible. So he picked up a nickname — 0:28 — and started to produce electronic music.

About 20 years later, at the completely different time (the Year 2038 problem appeared to replace the Y2K one), Roman Skarednov made this mix. It consists of rare and unreleased tracks — as our curiosity likes. In addition, it gives us a fresh perspective — which is always a good thing to have.
